- Take a 10-30 minute walk every day and while you walk, SMILE. It is the ultimate anti-depressant.
- Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
- When you wake up in the morning complete the following sentence, My purpose is to ____ Today.
- Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants (wholefood) and happily eat it.
- Drink Tea and plenty of water. Eat blueberries, Salmon, Broccoli, and almonds.
- Try to make at least 3 people smile each day.
- Don't waste your energy on gossip, issues from the past, negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
- Eat breakfast like a Queen, lunch like a princess and dinner like a college kid with a maxed out charge card.
- Life is not fair.. but its still good.
- Life is too short to waste time hating anyone
- Dont take yourself so seriously.. no one else does.
- You dont have to win every argument. Just agree to disagree..
- Make peace with your past so it wont spoil the present
- Dont compare your life with others. You have no idea what their journey is all about
- No one is in charge or you happiness except you.
- Frame every disaster with these words: "in 5 years, will this even matter?"
- Forgive everyone for everything.
- Time heals everything.
- However good or bad the situation is, it'll change.
- Remember you are too blessed to be stressed.
